The word search performed here uses artifacts of the spell checking process, and as such does none of the things you expect a smart search to do, like stemming and substring searches. So, for example, the terms "fever" and "fevers" would give entirely different results. As a result, you may wind up missing things you might expect to find. If I implement substring searches, things may get better, but maybe not as good as you expect.

If you are serious about finding stuff here, I suggest using Google with "site:budwin.net/medicology" as a search qualifier. This will do all the smart stuff to make you happy, and is the reason I am not going to put a lot of additional effort into re-inventing search. That said, here's your search.
